This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 191 days in filing the above civil miscellaneous appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Logesh P.B., learned counsel representing M/s. Advit Law Chambers (Law Firm), appearing for the sole respondent.

3. The reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition being satisfactory, this civil miscellaneous petition stands ordered and consequently, the delay of 191 days in filing the above appeal is condoned.

4. Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the case for admission in due course.
