The affidavit has been filed by the respondent/contemnor explaining the reason for the delay in complying the order passed by this Court. It is also placed on record that a case was registered in Crime Dr.G.JAYACHANDRAN , J.

Cont.P.No.306 of 2025 rpl No.94 of 2022, by the Nallur Police Station. On completion of the investigation, the case was closed as "Mistake of Facts" and Referred Charge Sheet No.3 of 2025 dated 19.06.2025 was issued to the defacto complainant on 21.06.2025. The matter is now posted for further proceedings on 15.07.2025.

Recording the unconditional apology tendered and due compliance of the Court order though belatedly, this Contempt Petition is closed.
