M/S.Aster Comport Designs Pvt Limited v. The District Collector

W.M.P.No.43318 of 2024 in W.P.No.35472 of 2024 ABDUL QUDDHOSE .J., This writ miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to bring the proposed respondents as the party respondents 5 to 7 in the main writ petition.

2.Today, the proposed respondents are represented by their counsel, who undertakes to file vakalat on behalf of the proposed respondents and he submitted that he has no objection in allowing W.M.P.No.43318 of 2024. Accordingly, W.M.P.No.43318 of 2024 is allowed as prayed for.

3.Learned respective counsels appearing for the respondents seeks time to file their counter in the main writ petition. 4.The Registry is directed to carryout the necessary amendment and post the main writ petition on 16.02.2026.
