ORDER

This application is filed by the applicants / defendants 1 & 3 to condone the delay of 131 days in representing the written statement and

adoption memo D.No.16582/2025 and 39223/2025 in C.S.No.274/2024.

2. The plaintiff has filed the suit for recovery of money. The defendants filed the written statement along with an application to set aside the ex parte order dated 21.04.2025. The said application was returned due to certain defects. Due to summer vacation of this Court, the counsel was unable to attend the court and the office was unable to return the papers. Therefore, there is a delay.

3. The other side has not seriously objected.

4. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit, the nature of application and the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is allowed.
