This contempt petition is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 01.08.2024 made in W.P.No.20010 of 2020. 2.This Court vide order dated 01.08.2024 made in W.P.No.20010 of 2020 in paragraph 8.a) issued direction to the fourth respondent to complete the registration, within a period of two days, without insisting on the original mortgage deed and the said direction was complied, however, there is no clarity in the other direction of the order viz., paragraph 8.b).

3.In view of the above, there is no willful disobedience and this Contempt Petition is closed.
