This petition has been filed to permit the appellants to effect service to the second respondent by way of paper publication in any leading Tamil or English daily.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the third respondent.

3. In view of the endorsement made, notice to the first respondent is dispensed with, since he remained exparte before the Tribunal.

4. Sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Accordingly, this petition is ordered and the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant is directed to effect substituted service on the second respondent by way of paper publication in any one of the most read Vernacular Daily in the locality on or before 24.01.2025 by mentioning the next date of hearing as 28.01.2025 and file affidavit of service before this Court on or before the next date of hearing.

5. For filing affidavit of service, post the matter on 28.01.2025.
