ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 24.02.2025 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.5049 of 2025, thereby directing the respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.3 of 2021 and to file a final report, within a period of twelve weeks.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that as directed by this Court, the respondent has completed the investigation in Crime No.3 of 2021 and filed final report in SR. No.3504 of 2025 dated 29.08.2025, before the Special Court for TNPID, Chennai, and the same is yet to be taken on file. 3.

Recording the above submissions, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
