ORDER

This petition has been filed complaining disobedience of the order passed by this Court in C.M.P.No. 6866 of 2023 in C.R.P.No. 4367 of 2017. The operative portion, of the order at paragraph 8, is extracted below:-

8. After carefully weighing the rival contention and the stand taken by both the parties, this court 1/4

considers it appropriate to let the petitioner takes her son along with her to the United States during the period when she will be in the United States for her on-site project. This requires the court to modify its earlier order conferring visitation right on the respondent and grants him the right to spend his time with his son through video conferencing, at the time convenient to both sides, since both will be living in different time zones. If there is any difficulty in working this arrangement, any one of the parties may approach this court for appropriate orders.

According to petitioner, the respondent denied access to the petitioner by directing her son to refuse calls from the petitioner. It was also stated that the petitioner was given only few minutes to view his minor child.

In the operative portion of the order extracted above, this Court very clearly indicated that in case of any difficulty in working of interim arrangement, both the parties were at liberty to approach this Court seeking necessary directions. 4.

In view of the said liberty, this Court is not inclined to entertain the contempt petition filed by the petitioner. However, it is 2/4

open to the petitioner to file appropriate application as per the liberty granted in paragraph 8 of the order under contempt. 5.

In light of the above, this contempt petition is closed. No costs.
