This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall stay at Karaikal and report before the Karaikal Town Police Station everyday at 10.30 a.m until further orders and that it was made clear that the petitioner should not enter into the jurisdiction of the respondent police until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.2868 of 2024 by order dated 12.11.2024. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2. The Learned Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and that the case has been taken on file by the Fast Track Special Court (FTSC), Puducherry.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed in Paragraph 7(b) of the order in Crl.O.P.No.2868 of 2024 by order dated 12.11.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Fast Track Special Court (FTSC), Puducherry on 04.02.2025 at 10.30 a.m and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the learned Judge.
