Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the first respondent has forwarded a copy of the proceedings of the Chief Executive Officer/first respondent herein in Rc.No.6837/E1(1)/2018 dated 25.03.2026, by which, promotion had been granted to the petitioner to the post of Deputy Director with effect from 20.10.2000. The amount, which is payable, had also been calculated and proceedings in that regard had also been issued and the amount had also been transferred directly to the ECS account of the petitioner on 26.03.2026 and the petitioner had acknowledged the same by email dated 26.03.2026.
