pri 2.Pursuant to the statutory notice ordered on 23.01.2026, the respondent/ contemnor appeared before this Court. The further appearance of the respondent/ contemnor is dispensed with. 3.This Court vide order dated 27.01.2025 made in W.P.No.1899 of 2025 directed the respondent to consider the claim of the petitioner in his representation dated 20.08.2024, pursuant to which, the respondent passed order on 28.10.2025. 4.In view of the above, there is no willful disobedience and this Contempt Petition is closed.
