This petition has been filed to order substituted service to the respondents 1 and 2 in CMA. No.1526 of 2021 by publishing notice in one issue of Tamil Dail, Malai Murasu.

2. In view of the above, the appellant is permitted to take fresh notice to the respondents 1 and 2 through substituted service by way of paper publication in any one of the Tamil daily in local edition at Tamil Nadu on or before 22.01.2025 by indicating the hearing date on 27.01.2025.

3. Post the matter on 27.01.2025 for filing proof of service.
