This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 25.11.2024 Crl.O.P.No.29383 of 2024 that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police everyday at 10.30 a.m until further orders."

2. The Learned Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and the investigation is pending.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed in Paragraph 4(b) of the order in Crl.O.P.No.29383 of 2024 dated 25.11.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
