ORDER

The revision petitioner/tenant has filed an affidavit of undertaking dated 05.01.2026, undertaking to vacate and hand over the tenanted premises peacefully, without driving the respondents to execution proceedings, on or before 30.06.2026.

2.Mr.Bhagawath Krishna, learned counsel appearing for the respondents/landlord would fairly state that the petitioner has been paying the rents without any default as on date and he may be directed to continue to pay the rents as being done presently, till such time he vacates and hands over vacant possession, across which the advance of Rs.50,000/- shall be refunded to the petitioner tenant.

3.In the light of the above, the undertaking affidavit is recorded and the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed, however, granting time to the petitioner to vacate and hand over the vacant possession on or before 30.06.2026. The petitioner shall continue to pay the monthly rents without any default on or before 10th of the every succeeding month, excepting for the month of June 2026, where the rent shall be paid in advance. Across 2/4

handing over the vacant possession, the respondent shall refund the sum of Rs.50,000/- to the petitioner. No costs. Connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
