This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.20484 of 2025 dated 09.09.2025. Page No.1 of 3

2. It is seen that this Court passed an order on 09.09.2025 directing the petitioner to appear before the respondent police on alternative days at 10.00.a.m., for a period of 12 weeks and the petitioner started complying the condition on 24.09.2025, however within 4 weeks, the present petition is filed seeking relaxation.

3. In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to relax the condition and accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
