ORDER
This Suo Motu Case is dealt with in an extraordinary manner by the Dedicated Bench, pursuant to Suo Motu.W.P.(Crl.) No.618 of 2025.
2. This case is registered for alleged offences under Sections 147, 148, 341, 294(b), 506(ii) of IPC and Section 3(1) of PPDL Act r/w 149 of IPC. The incident occurred on 22.10.2011. The mother case in S.C.No.199 of 2022 proceeded further and resulted in an acquittal of 19 accused therein. The grounds for acquittal also apply to the present accused. The matter has been pending at the stage of summons.

Considering the factual matrix, the context of the case, the background of the accused, the reason for his absence at his place of residence, and the submission made that, despite best efforts, the summons could not be served, it is clear that even if the accused faces trial, no useful purpose would be served.
4. Accordingly, the case in PRC.No.100030 of 2017 on the file of the District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Denkanikottai Taluk, Krishnagiri shall stands quashed and this Suo Motu Transfer Case stands disposed of. 24.10.2025 ssa electronically alone. The Trial Court shall take note of the order and accordingly classify the case pending before them as allowed / dismissed / disposed of, etc, and while doing so, consider any applications such as disposal of properties, etc., and pass appropriate orders, as may be necessary.
