ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the condition on the petitioner to report before the respondent police daily twice at 10.00 a.m., and 5.00 p.m., until further orders imposed in the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.24333 of 2025 by order dated 04.09.2025.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.
3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.24333 of 2025 dated 04.09.2025, is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
