Contempt petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 to punish the respondent for his purposeful and unjustifiable disobedience of the order passed by this Court in WP.No.7857 of 2021 Order dated 14.06.2024 under the manner known to law. ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondent for having disobeyed the order dated 14.06.2024 of this Court WP.No.7857 of 2021, thereby directed the respondent herein to consider the petitioner's representations dated 04.01.2021 and 01.02.2021 and to pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of the order.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the order passed by this Court on 14.06.2024 in WP.No.7857 of 2021 has been complied with by order dated 21.11.2024 of the respondent.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Special Government Pleader, this contempt petition is closed.
