This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.26339 of 2024 dated 24.10.2024 on the petitioner herein. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2. The Learned Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and the investigation is pending.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed in Paragraph 7(a) of the order in Crl.O.P.No.26339 of 2024 dated 24.10.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police on the first and third Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

4. Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered. 06.01.2025 Anu To The Inspector of Police, Vridhachalam Police Station, Cuddalore District.
