ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.20031 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.11127 of 2023 by an order dated 22.12.2023 passed by this Court that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police monthly twice i.e., on first and third week of Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The Learned Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and the investigation is pending.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.20031 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.11127 of 2023 by an order dated 22.12.2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police every first Saturday of every month at 06.30 p.m., until further orders.
