ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash FIR No.1418 of 2017 registered at K-3 Arumbakkam Police Station, Chennai against the petitioner.

2/4 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the defacto complainant, FIR in Crime No.1418 of 2017 had been registered, for the offences under Sections 341, 294 (b), 323, 336, 397, 506 (2) of IPC and Section 3 of the TN Public Property (Prevention of Damage & Loss) Act. After investigation, final report has been filed in E Filing No.C202300048 before the learned V Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, on 08.11.2023.
