(Delivered by Dr.ANITA SUMANTH.,J) Learned counsel for the appellant states that the appellant does not pursue this Writ Appeal. Impugned order dated 01.04.2024 was the subject matter of review at the instance of the brother of the Writ Petitioner, and by order dated 30.07.2024, impugned order dated 01.04.2024 was re-called and the Writ Petition ultimately dismissed. He has also made an endorsement to this effect.

2. Recording the endorsement, this Writ Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
