This matter is posted today before this Court under the caption 'For Being Mentioned' at the instance of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that this Court, by an order dated 06.11.2025 in Crl.M.P.No. 20555 of 2025 ordered suspension of sentence with certain conditions. He further submitted that in the said order, in paragraph 6 at the 4th line as well as 7th line, it has been wrongly typed as "to appear before the respondent police", and the same requires to be rectified. Hence, he prayed to modify the same.

3. Considering the above submission, Registry is directed to substitute para 6(c) of the order as follows :- "(c) the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police monthly twice i.e. on the 1st and 15th day of every month at 10.30 a.m. for the period of three months and he shall also appear before the Trial Court on the first working day of every English Calendar month at 10.30 a.m., until the disposal of the Criminal Appeal and if he is not able to 1/3

appear before the trial Court on any day, he shall make arrangements to file an application under Section 355 of BNSS, 2023 and shall appear before the trial Court on any other day in lieu of the date of his absence, as directed by the trial Court;"

4. Registry is directed to incorporate above correction in the judgment of this Court in Crl. M.P.No. 20555 of 2025 dated 06.11.2025 and issue fresh order copy to the appellant.
