ORDER

The petitioner seeks bail in C.C.No.90 of 2023 in Crime No.6 of 2022 pending on the file of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ariyalur for the offence punishable under Section 394 of IPC. Page No.1 of 4

2. The contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner was also facing trial in two other cases in C.C.Nos.258 and 259 of 2023, which was tried before the same court. However, in this case, the petitioner was neither arrested nor there was an apprehension of arrest. Subsequently, on the strength of a Non-Bailable Warrant, the petitioner was arrested, even though the petitioner was very much available to attend the same court.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that the trial has been completed and the petitioner has been convicted in C.C.No.90 of 2023 on 24.06.2025.

4. In view of the above submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), nothing survives for adjudication in this case.
