ORDER

The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 9(B)(1)(b) of the Indian Explosive Act, 1884 @ 5 of Explosives Substances Act, and Section 61(2) of BNS, 2023 in Crime No. 69 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 1/4

2. The earlier anticipatory bail application of the petitioner was dismissed by this Court, vide order dated 11.09.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.20883 of 2025, on the following grounds:

"6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made by both counsel and also considering the gravity of offences committed by the petitioner and the fact that the petitioner one of the accused of 302 case, A1, A2 already arrested, he is also one of the accused in other case, the petitioner name is not mentioned in the FIR and the investigation is not yet completed and if he is released on bail, there is possibility of tampering the witnesses and hampering the investigation, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed."

3. Considering the fact that there is no change in circumstances in this petition, and this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 14.10.2025 MSM 2/4
