2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It is seen even according to the learned counsel for the petitioner the Trial has been commenced and PW1 was examined in chief.

4. In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to quash the proceeding in STC No.351 of 2021 pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.1 Court, Tiruvallur.
