PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, call for the records in Connection with the order of Detention passed by the second respondent dated 27.11.2024 in Memo no. 1175/BCDFGISSSV/2024 against the petitioner's husband namely Ganesan alias Jangili Ganesan, Male aged 36 years, S/O. Lakshmipathy, who is confined at Central Prison, Puzhal, Chennai and set aside the same and direct the respondents to produce the detenue before the Hon'ble Court and set him at liberty.
