O R D E R
Heard Mrs.A.L.Gandhimathi, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.Kumaresan, learned Additional Advocate General appearing on behalf of the respondents. With the consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to forbear the first respondent from opening the tender documents in respect of tender notice No.36/2025-2026/HDO dated 04.09.2025 of the first respondent herein in respect of the work of widening from single lane to intermediate lane and strengthening at Km 0/4-3/4 of PonnankuppamThuttipattu road (VPM 098), without issuing the certificates to the petitioner and receiving the bids of the petitioner. 2/5

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is a registered contractor with the respondents and intended to participate in the e-tender and submission of tender documents closes by 12.00 hours on 15.10.2025, for which he had to produce Work Site Inspection and Plant & Machineries Certificates. He further submitted that the respondents refused to receive the petitioner's application for issuance of the aforesaid certificates. Hence, the present Writ Petition.
4. The learned Additional Advocate General fairly submits that the petitioner will be issued separate certificates on or before 10.10.2025.
5. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Advocate General, the present Writ Petition stands disposed of. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also closed. There shall be no orders as to costs.
