ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition seeks for a direction for expeditious disposal of HMOP No. 608 of 2023.

2.The petitioner is the wife, respondent is the husband. She filed the HMOP No.608 of 2023 in the year 2023, within a year of her marriage. The husband in the meantime had filed H.M.O.P. No.746 of 2023 on the file of the V.LAKSHMINARAYANAN, J.

C.R.P(PD)No.172 of 2025 kas Additional Family Court at Coimbatore. This is an application seeking for restitution of conjugal rights. By an order of this Court, both the HMOPs have been clubbed together. The pleadings are complete and the matter is at the stage of evidence. Stating that the husband is trying to drag on the proceedings, the wife has moved this Revision. As the parties have lived together only for about 54 days post their matrimony, I am of the view that the HMOP requires an expeditious disposal.

3.Accordingly, the learned Sub Ordinate Judge, Alandur shall dispose of HMOP No.608 of 2023 and HMOP No.597 of 2023 within a period of nine

(9) months from the date of receipt of the order. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
