This petition has been filed seeking to amend the Crime No.427 of 2024 instead of the Crime No.427 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.29657 of 2024 dated 27.11.2024.

In view of the averments adduced in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is ordered as prayed for. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in Crl.O.P.No.29657 of 2024 dated 27.11.2024 and issue fresh order copy.

Further, time is extended for a further period of two weeks from the date of receipt of fresh order copy, to comply with the conditions imposed on the petitioner, by this Court vide order dated 27.11.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.29657 of 2024.
