ORDER

This Suo Motu Contempt Proceedings has been initiated against the Contemnor herein as per the Order of the Hon'ble High Court, dated 17.09.2025 made in E.P.No. 15 of 2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the order has been complied and police protection has been given.

3. In the affidavit filed by the respondent also, it is stated that sufficient police protection has been given in order to execute the order of this Court and in compliance with the order already passed.
