Heard Mr.N.Palanisamy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.Kumaresan, learned Additional Advocate General appearing on behalf of the respondents. With the consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 2/4
2. This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the third respondent to issue the Work Site Inspection and working condition of the plants and machinery certificate to the petitioner for the tender notification in Tender Notice No.34/2025-2026/HDO dated 04.09.2025 issued by the second respondent forthwith.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is a registered contractor with the respondents and intended to participate in the e-tender and to submit technical bids by 13.15 hours on 09.10.2025, for which he had to produce Work Site Inspection and Plant & Machineries Certificates. He further submitted that though the petitioner has made application for the aforesaid certificates, the same were not issued to the petitioner. Hence, the present Writ Petition.
4. The learned Additional Advocate General fairly submits that the petitioner will be issued separate certificates by 5.00 p.m. today i.e., on 08.10.2025.

5. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Advocate General, the present Writ Petition stands disposed of. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also closed. There shall be no orders as to costs.
