Crl.M.P.No.1201 of 2025 in Crl.R.C.Sr.No.67329 of 2024 P.VELMURUGAN, J This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to condone the delay of 32 days in filing the criminal revision petition against the order dated 15.04.2024 passed by the Principal District Court, Namakkal in M.P.No.1 of 2024 in unnumbered Crl.A. of 2024, challenging the order dated 04.08.2023 passed in I.A.No.3 of 2024 in O.S.No.528 of 2013 on the file of the Additional District Munsif Court, Namakkal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and perused the materials available on record.

3. Despite service of notice on the respondents and their names have been printed in the cause list, none appeared on the side of the respondents either in person or through counsel.

4. The reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition are not satisfactory, however, in order to give an opportunity to the petitioner, the delay is condoned. Accordingly, this miscellaneous petition is ordered.
