This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 310 days in filing the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

Mr.S.Angamuthu and Mr.E.Shanmugha Sundaram, learned counsel who take notice on behalf of respondents 1 and 2 respectively, stated that they have no objection to this petition being allowed.

The reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition being satisfactory, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered and consequently, the delay of 310 days in filing the appeal is condoned.
