Heard Mr.V.Elangovan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.Kumaresan, learned Additional Advocate General appearing on behalf of the respondents. With the consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.
2. This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to issue Work Site Inspection Certificates and working condition of the Plants & Machineries Certificates to the petitioner as per the application of the petitioner dated 04.10.2025 (through RPAD & email) in order to submit his bids through online on or before 16.10.2025, 10.15 Hrs. in Tender Notification in Tender Notice No.50/20252026/HDO dated 20.09.2025 in respect of works (Thiruvallur (H) C&M Division (Re-call) ) on the file of the first respondent. 2/4

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is a registered contractor with the respondents and intended to participate in the e-tender and to submit his bids by 10.15 hours on 16.10.2025, for which he had to produce Work Site Inspection and Plant & Machineries Certificates. He further submitted that though the petitioner has made application through RPAD and e-mail for the aforesaid certificates, the same were not issued to the petitioner. Hence, the present Writ Petition.
4. The learned Additional Advocate General fairly submits that the petitioner will be issued separate certificates on or before 10.10.2025.
5. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Advocate General, the present Writ Petition stands disposed of. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed. There shall be no orders as to costs.
