This civil miscellaneous petition is filed seeking to condone the delay of 277 days in filing the appeal against the Judgment and Decree dated 11.09.2023 made in M.C.O.P.No.160 of 2021 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Principal District and Sessions Judge, Perambalur.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant and Mr.L.P.Balajiram, who takes notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 4.

3. Sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Accordingly, the delay is condoned and the petition is ordered.

4. Registry is directed to number the civil miscellaneous appeal, if it is otherwise in order and print the name of Mr.L.P.Balajiram, as learned counsel for the respondents 1 to 4 when the matter is listed for admission.
