ORDER

This Petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police, until further orders everyday at 06.30 pm in Crl.O.P.No.28341 of 2024 dated 13.11.2024 in Crime No.308 of 2024.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and the investigation in this case is still pending.

3. The reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition being satisfactory, the condition 7(b) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.28341 of 2024 dated 13.11.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on every first Saturday at 10.30 am., until further orders.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
