ORDER

The present petition has been filed seeking to relax a condition imposed on the petitioner in the order of this court dated 20.11.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.26805 of 2024, to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the concerned NDPS Court, Coimbatore on all working days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Almost regular compliance of the condition has been conceded by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side).

3. In view of the same, the said condition is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
