ORDER

This Court, while disposing the criminal original petition on 21.11.2024, directed the petitioner to pay all the arrears of maintenance within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

2. This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking extension of time to pay the arrears amount.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is ordered and time is extended for further period of one month. The petitioner is directed to pay the entire arrear amount within the extended period.

4. With the abovesaid direction, the criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
