This petition is filed to condone the delay of 74 days in filing the appeal.

Heard Mr.M.Bindran, learned Additional Government Pleader for the petitioner and Mr.S.C.Viswanath, learned counsel for the first respondent. Despite notice been served on the second respondent and the name and address having been shown in the cause list, none appears for the second respondent.

The delay is 74 days. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 74 days in filing the appeal is condoned. Accordingly, the petition stands ordered.
