This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for their wilful disobedience in not complying with the order dated 27.03.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.No.30209 of 2023.
2. When this Contempt Petition was taken up, the learned Government Advocate for the respondents has produced copy of G.O. (2D) No. 69, Environment, Climate Change and Forests (FR.2(ii)) Department dated 22.04.2025 to show that order of this Court dated 27.03.2024 has been complied with.
