ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Para No.7(b) of the order in Crl.OP.No. 27408 of 2024, dated 07.11.2024.

2. The Learned Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and the investigation is pending.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate and the nature of offence, the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No. 27408 of 2024 dated 07.11.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on 1st and 3rd Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4. The rest of the conditions in Crl.O.P.No. 27408 of 2024 dated 07.11.2024 shall remains unaltered.

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. 09-01-2025 To The Sub Inspector Of Police Mangadu Police Station Mayiladuthurai District Crime No. 887 of 2024.
