ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in Para No.7(b) of the order dated 12.11.2024 in Crl.OP.No. 28227 of 2024.

2. The Learned Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and the investigation is pending.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate and the nature of offence, the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No. 28227 of 2024 dated 12.11.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall stay at Chennai and report before the Inspector of Police, Villivakkam Police Station on 1st & 3rd Saturday at 10.30am until further orders.

4. The rest of the conditions in Crl.O.P.No. 28227 of 2024 dated 12.11.2024 shall remains unaltered.
