ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for issue of writ of mandamus directing the 2nd and 3rd respondents to issue computerised patta in the name of the petitioner with respect to the subject property. 2.Heard Mr.A.Rajakumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.S.Rajesh, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of respondents 1 to 3.
3/6 3.The case of the petitioner is that he had purchased the subject property by virtue of a registered Sale Deed dated 29.06.2012 registered as Document No.1204 of 2012. The petitioner had submitted a representation seeking for computerised patta with respect to the subject property. The said representation was forwarded by the 3rd respondent to the 2nd respondent recommending for the issuance of the computerised patta. The grievance of the petitioner is that the 2nd respondent has not acted upon the same and it is under these circumstances, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court.
4.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 12.06.2023 based on the recommendation that has already been forwarded by the 3rd respondent and do the needful, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
