Apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No. 652 of 2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 8(c), 22(b), 20(b)(ii)(A), 29(1) of NDPS Act, the present petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking anticipatory bail.

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on instruction from the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is not an accused in this crime. 3.
