Apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No.Not Known of 2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 110, 115(2) & 351(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023, the present petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking anticipatory bail.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that no case is pending as against the petitioner as on date.
