2. It is seen from the materials available that a petition in 1/4
Crl.O.P.No.32231 of 2024 had been filed by the petitioner seeking anticipatory bail and beforeever such petition was listed, another petition in Crl.O.P.No.32425 of 2024 was filed by the petitioner and anticipatory bail was granted by the vacation court on 27.12.2024. The earlier order granted by the vacation court having not been brought to the notice of this court, anticipatory bail was granted once again on 06.1.2025.
3. Subsequently, bringing to the notice of this court the existence of an earlier petition and the order thereof, the petitioner had moved an application in Crl.M.P.No.1070 of 2024 seeking to recall the order passed by this court in Crl.O.P.No.32231 of 2024 while filing another application in Crl.M.P.No.1073 of 2024 seeking a modification in the condition imposed by the vacation court in Crl.O.P.No.32425 of 2024 while granting the anticipatory bail.
4. Accordingly, this court had recalled the order passed by this court in Crl.O.P.No.32231 of 2024 dated 06.1.2025 and modified the condition imposed by the vacation court in Crl.O.P.No.32425 of 2024 dated 27.12.2024.
5. At this juncture, it is relevant to note that though this court had recalled the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.32231 of 2024 dated 06.01.2025, the said 2/4
Petition remains unclosed and hence, it is clarified that the said petition stands closed.
6. The order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.32231 of 2024 dated 06.01.2025, having already been recalled, there is nothing to report for compliance.
