ORDER

This Miscellaneous petition has been filed by the petitioner to restore W.P.No.18514 of 2017 which was dismissed on 18.09.2025.

2. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this WMP.No.46624 of 2025 is ordered as prayed for, on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) to the Tamil Nadu Legal Services Authority, within a period of ten days from the date of receipt of copy of this order, failing which, the order of this Court dated 18.09.2025 in W.P.No.18514 of 2017, shall remain unaltered.
