ORDER
Though a larger prayer has been sought for in the writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that it would be suffice that a direction may be issued to the second respondent to consider and pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 21.07.2025 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
2. Learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 3 has no objection for the same.
3. In view of the above, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to consider and pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 21.07.2025, 2/4
on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. Since no adverse orders have been passed against the fourth respondent, notice is dispensed with.
5. This Writ Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
