This petition is filed to amend the amount as Rs.7,64,000/- instead of Rs.17,64,000/- wherever mentioned in the averments in Crl.R.C.No.1459/2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that at the time of filing the above criminal original petition, the alleged amount has been mentioned as Rs.17,64,000/- instead of Rs.7,64,000/- in the averments. Hence, prays to amend the same by way of allowing this petition.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that due to his appointment as advocate, the petitioner and his father have paid Rs.7,64,000/- from the year 2016 to 2020 to the respondents 1 & 2. The amount was paid through bank and by cash in person.
